This book was previously considered lost, and its manuscript is mentioned in the book "Al-Fulk Al-Mashhun" by Imam Al-Suyuti, but is incomplete. Excerpts can be found in a few other books. This book, titled "Ahkam Al-Wat' (Rules of Intercourse)" by Sheikh Abu al-Hasan Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Suraqa Al-Amiri al-Shaf'ii, is structured into ten chapters. The Muhaqqiqs found a rare and valuable copy of the manuscript, completed the missing parts, and provided good introductions about the author and his work. The author is mentioned in "Tabaqat al-Shafi'iyyah al-Kubra" by Imam al-Subki as Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Suraqa, Abu al-Hasan al-Amiri al-Basri, a Faqih and hadith scholar. He was alive around 400 AH, with a likelihood of passing around 410 AH.
